Clipper Sales Ended
Due to the fast-approaching conference date, we are no longer able to take Clipper registrations through our website at the special conference rate. Don't worry, though. If you're still planning to come to the conference and haven't registered yet, you can still register directly through the Victoria Clipper website, or by calling 1-800-888-2535. If you enter the promo code "Rotary" you will receive a 10% reduction off the regular Clipper rate of $138.
New Reduced Conference Registration Fee!
In these tough economic times, we know that things are uncertain for many of you. That's why we're doing our part by making the 2009 District 5030 Conference more affordable for everyone. Effective immediately, we are reducing the conference registration fee to $275!
For all those of you who have already registered at the $300 rate, never fear. When you arrive in Victoria, your registration packet will contain a $25 refund for the difference in registration fee prices.
We hope to see all of you at the conference, but we know that sometimes unavoidable things happen. That's why we want you to know that if for some reason you need to cancel your registration, you can do so for a full refund until February 28, 2009.

Important Conference Information
Bringing a club display to Victoria? Here are some things you need to know:
- We are going to have limited space for club displays, so display space will be on a first come, first serve basis.
- Displays can be set up as of 10am on Friday, May first and must be torn down by noon on Sunday.
- All spaces will be assigned.
- If your plan to have a club or district project display, please send Ann Liberato (dg1112@rotary5030.org) the following information as soon as possible.
- Club Name
- Number of Feet of Display room you will need
- Number of Tables you will need (there may be a charge)
- Do you need electricity?
- Who will be in charge of setting up and breaking down your display?
- That person's email and phone number?
- Please bring your own extension chords.

Hotels
Stay in one of these great hotels, right next door to the Victoria Conference Centre, where you'll enjoy a full weekend of speakers, meetings, and entertainment.
Both hotels are $199 per night, in Canadian dollars. For the last six months, the value of the Canadian dollar has been steadily decreasing against the U.S. dollar, which means your hotel room keeps getting cheaper. Of course, we don't know what will happen in the next three months, but if the trends continue you can expect your room rate to be significantly less than $199 U.S. dollars.
